As a photographer of birds it is hard to ignore gulls, even the common varieties, that make themselves so available for practicing in-flight shots and whose expressive form and solemn facial features imply so much. Your blog is so impressive, the photography and comment chronicling life on the "North Shore" is both beautiful and informing.
